Concerning to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Servers Enterprise Edition

According to the default settings only Important events are logged in the Anti-Virus tasks. In order to set the log’s size (to reduce its size or get all information about the task execution) the level of detail should be changed. The level of detail is configured for each component separately:

1. In the Anti-Virus Console right-click Reports and choose Properties.

2. In the open window in the Component drop-down menu select the type of the Anti-Virus task whose level of detail you would like to change.

3. In the drop-down list Level of detail choose on the predefined levels (Informational events, Important events, Critical events) or Custom.

Once the detail level is set you can see what events can be logged for the component.

On the Custom level you can define which events should be logged.

InformationA list of the event types matching the selected level is displayed in the table. The table contains the Event log column for all components. If events are logged in reports for a component, the table will contain the Reports column, and if they are logged in Windows Event Log (Computer Management>System Tools>Event Viewer>Kaspersky Anti-Virus), the Audit log column. If an event type is logged, the checkbox across from its name will be selected. If there is no checkbox, this means that the logging is not support for that event type.

Example, if you want information about all scanned objects (including not infected objects) to be logged for the On-demand scan tasks: in the Component dropdown menu select On-demand scan > in the Level of detail choose either Informational events or Custom > check the box Object not infected.
