If Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2014 is installed on your computer and you upgrade Windows Vista to Windows 7, then after the upgrade the following error may appear on the screen: "Operating system version was changed since Kaspersky Anti-Virus installation. Please reinstall Kaspersky Anti-Virus."

In order fot Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2014 to work correctly, its re-installation after the operating system upgrade is required. To re-install the product:

  2. Install Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2014.

If the product re-installation did not help, contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support by sending a request via My Kaspersky Account service. In the request, describe the problem in detail. For information on how to use My Kaspersky Account, refer to My Kaspersky Account FAQ.
