After Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 has been installed, you may notice that web pages are displayed incorrectly. In such case, follow the instructions below.

 
 
 
 
 

1. Disable Self-defense and enable traces

 
 
 
 
 

2. Edit the file profiles.xml and restart the application

 
 
 
 
 

3. Reproduce the problem and make a screenshot

 
 
 
 
 

4. Export the application settings

 
 
 
 
 

5. Add files to an archive

 
 
 
 
 

6. Disable traces and enable Self-Defense

 
 
 
 
 

7. Send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support
