How to get crash dump files in Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows Servers

Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows may sometimes crash due to incompatibility with other software installed, an operating system or application issue.

Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows allows you to automatically send the crash dump files to Kaspersky Lab for analysis and troubleshooting.

When Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Windows crashes, the application crash dump file will be automatically created, and a message will be displayed notifying the user that the previous application startup failed and prompting to select the reports to be submitted.

  • Click the here link to view the detailed information about the report types.

  • Select the application memory dumps and click Send.

Please note. When you submit the crash dump files using this method, no technical support request will be created automatically. Kaspersky Lab engineers will examine the files but will not provide any feedback.

The application crash dump file is automatically generated at %ProgramData%\Kaspersky Lab.

Please make sure to attach all the three dump files to the request.
