Get a Kaspersky Lab solution with technical support options

If you want to receive technical support in full and get advanced protection functions, buy a license and upgrade your free application to one of the Kaspersky Lab home products. 

Kaspersky Lab supports Kaspersky Free for a year. The available support services include:
  • Antivirus database updates needed for your computer protection.
  • Update packages (patches) with error fixes.

If the support period of Kaspersky Free is altered, you will get a notification.

Technical support via the phone and the My Kaspersky portal is not available. To find answers to your questions, please refer to the Kaspersky Lab Knowledge Base or forum.
