If you want to receive technical support in full and get advanced protection functions, buy a license and upgrade your free application to one of the Kaspersky Lab home products. 

 
 
 

Kaspersky Lab supports Kaspersky Free for a year. The available support services include:

  • Anti-virus database updates necessary for your computer’s protection.
  • Update packages (patches) with fixed errors.

Support is only provided during the term of the free Kaspersky Free license. You can renew the license one it has expired. See this article for instructions.

If the support period of Kaspersky Free changes, you will get a notification.
