“Cannot connect to the VPN provider” error in Kaspersky Secure Connection for iOS

If you receive the “Cannot connect to VPN provider. Please try again later” error message when trying to establish a secure connection in Kaspersky Secure Connection for iOS, please check that:

  • Your device is connected to the Internet. The app does not work without an Internet connection. 
  • Your Internet provider allows VPN connections. 
  • Your proxy server connection settings are correct, if you use one.
If the error persists, submit a request to Kasperky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky portal, and include a detailed description of the issue.
