“Agent is not started. KESL is started” error when installing the Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security extension in Microsoft Azure Stack

On some Linux distributions, when installing the Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security extension in Azure Stack, you may get the error “Agent is not started. KESL is started” if the Kaspersky Security Center 10 Administration Server address is not specified. Nonetheless, Network Agent and Kaspersky Endpoint Security 10 for Linux will be successfully installed and started on the virtual machine.

To check that Network Agent is working, run the following command in the console under an account with Administrator privileges:

/opt/kaspersky/klnagent64/bin/klnagchk

Information will appear about the agent and its operating status.
