To increase your security, we’ve added support of two-factor authentication in Kaspersky Secure Connection (starting from version 20.0.14.1085) for signing in to My Kaspersky. As well as being prompted to enter your login and password, you will receive an SMS notification with a special code.

If an error occurs when trying to connect Kaspersky Secure Connection for Windows to My Kaspersky as a result of two-factor authentication, update the application version:

  1. Download the installer from the Kaspersky Lab website.
  2. To install the latest version of the application. See this article for instructions.
  3. Connect Kaspersky Secure Connection to your My Kaspersky account. See this article for instructions.

The Kaspersky Secure Connection application will now be connected to your My Kaspersky account.
