To get a Network Agent trace file on Linux:

  1. Enable Network Agent tracing:
mkdir -p /etc/opt/kaspersky/klnagent/1103/1.0.0.0/Debug
echo -n 5 > /etc/opt/kaspersky/klnagent/1103/1.0.0.0/Debug/TraceLevel
  1. Restart Network Agent.

    • For 32-bit operating systems:

    • systemctl restart klnagent
    • For 64-bit operating systems:

    • systemctl restart klnagent64
The systemctl command is not available in some operating systems. In this case, use one of the following commands instead:
  • /etc/init.d/klnagent restart
  • /etc/init.d/klnagent64 restart

The trace file will be created. The file will be located:

  • For 32-bit operating systems: /opt/kaspersky/klnagent/sbin/$klnagent-1103.log
  • For 64-bit operating systems: /opt/kaspersky/klnagent64/sbin/$klnagent-1103.log
  1. Disable Network Agent tracing:
rm -rf /etc/opt/kaspersky/klnagent/1103/1.0.0.0/Debug
  1. Restart Network Agent.

Tracing will be stopped.
