How to upload report files to Kaspersky Lab servers using Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2013

Once the traces and AVZ report are created via the Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2013 interface, all created files/dumps should be uploaded to Kaspersky Lab server. For this, do the following:

  1. Open the main program window.
  2. At the bottom of the window click Support.

  1. In the Support window click Support Tools.

  1. In the Support Tools window click Send service data to Technical Support.

  1. In the Send report window select what information you want to send by checking the corresponding boxes:
    • System information.
    • Data collected for analysis.

To select specific reports, click the list of files link. In the Data collected for analysis window check the necessary reports and click Back.

  1. Click the Send button.
  2. In the new field enter a number assigned to your request in My Kaspersky and click OK.

  1. Wait until the packet is formed and loaded onto the server.
  2. Close the Send report window by clicking Close.
  3. Close the main program window.
