Most probably, the error is caused by the incorrect system date on the computer. 


  1. Check the system date on your computer (in the lower right corner of the screen).
  2. Try to activate the application once again later (in about 15 minutes):

If the issue persists, create a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky service. Describe your problem in all details.
