In case of problems with Kaspersky Security Center, Technical Support specialists may request the application dump files for troubleshooting.
To find the required files, locate the ~dumps folder inside the application installation folder (C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center, by default) or %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\KasperskyLab\adminkit. The ~dumps folder contains the following files:
Administration Server dump file ~klserver-0.dmp;
Administration Console dump file ~kavmsnap-0.dmp;
Network Agent server-side component dump file ~klnagent-0.dmp.
If there are several dump files, add the most recent two files to archive and upload it to the FTP server specified by Technical Support specialists.
Release of antivirus database updates (required to protect your computer/server/mobile device)
Providing technical support over phone / web
Release of patches for the application (addressing detected bugs)
