How to export scan logs to a file in Kaspersky PURE 3.0

To know the cause of problems that occur during scan, Kaspersky Lab Technical Support may need a detailed report of Kaspersky PURE 3.0 scan. Results of scan tasks are logged into the application report.

To export the scan report to a file, perform the actions described below.

 
 
 
 
 

Step 1. Enable logging of non-critical events

 
 
 
 
 

Step 2. Run Full Scan

 
 
 
 
 

Step 3. Wait until the process is completed

 
 
 
 
 

Step 4. Export scan report to a file

 
 
 
 
 

Step 5. Add the created file to an archive

 
 
 
 
 

Step 6. Create a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support

 
 
 
 
 

Step 7. Disable logging of non-critical events
