Stopping and pausing training

You can stop training for groups and stop or pause training for individual users.

If training is paused for a user, their training plan and performance category are saved. During the pause, the training slot used by this user is made available again. You can resume training at any time. In this case, the user will continue to complete the units according to the established plan, but with a delay based on the pause.

If training is stopped for a user, their training plan information is deleted. If you restart training for a user in the same training group, they'll have to restart the plan from the beginning.

To stop training for a group:

1. In the application web interface, select the Training groups section.
2. In the line with the name of the group you want to stop training for, click the icon on the right side of the screen.
3. In the menu, select Stop Training, and click Stop in the new window.

Training for the group is now stopped.

To stop or pause training for specific users:

1. In the web interface of the application, select the Users section.
2. Check the boxes next to the users you want to stop or pause training for.
3. In the Actions drop-down list, select Stop training.
4. Click the OK button.
5. In the confirmation window, click the OK button.

Training for the selected users will be stopped or paused. Users will now have the Training not assigned or Training paused status.
