The rules are applied in the order they appear in the table from top to bottom. To change a rule's priority, you need to change its location in the table.
To move a rule in the table:
In the web interface, select the Company settings section.
In the Rules for groups settings section, in the line with the rule that you want to move in the table, click the icon on the right side of the screen.
In the new menu, select Change rule application order.
The Change rule application order window opens.
In the drop-down list, select which rule you want this rule placed before.
Click the Submit button.
The rule will be moved to the selected place in the table. When distributing users into groups, the rules will now be applied in the new order.
