Blocking admins

You can block an admin account if you want to limit the admin's access in the company. This won't affect the admin's access to settings for other companies. You can unblock their account at any time.

This option is only available for admins with the Company Admin role.

To block an admin:

1. In the top right corner of the application web interface, click the icon.
2. In the drop-down menu, select Admins.

   The Admins page opens.

3. In the line with the admin account you want to block, click the icon on the right side of the screen.
4. Select Block in the new menu.
5. In the confirmation window, click the Continue button.

The admin is now blocked. They won't be able to view or manage training settings or company settings in this company.

To unblock an admin:

1. In the top right corner of the application web interface, click the icon.
2. In the drop-down menu, select Admins.

   The Admins page opens.

3. In the line with the admin account you want to unblock, click the icon on the right side of the screen.
4. Select Unblock in the new menu.
5. In the confirmation window, click the Continue button.

The admin is now unblocked.
