The Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform anti-phishing plugin can be configured on the ASAP platform in the Company settings section → Report phishing. The window is divided into the setting sections described below.
At the bottom part of the window, use the Download button to download the plugin installer with the current settings.
If you change any settings other than the list of trusted domains, the plugin must be downloaded and reinstalled.
Report Phishing plugin settings
This section contains the following settings:
List of trusted domains — in this section, you can use the Add domain button to add domains you don't expect phishing emails from. For example, your company's own domains. Domain length can't exceed 253 characters, and no more than 50 domains can be added.
Added domains can be edited by clicking the pencil icon , or deleted by clicking the recycling bin icon .
Check marked emails — in this section, you can click the Add address button to add the email addresses of security personnel to whom emails marked as phishing will be sent for verification. You can't add more than 50 emails.

Plugin icon — in this section, you can click the Change button to open the Change plugin icon window and upload a new icon for the plugin, or delete the old one:
To upload a new icon, click Upload and select the file with the image that you want to use. The image must meet the following requirements:
PNG format
Maximum 500 KB
Maximum 64 characters
From 16х16 to 32х32 pixels
Square image
To delete the current icon, click Delete.
Plugin notification settings
In this section, you can configure the notifications that the user will receive from the plugin. There are three types of notifications from the plugin that you can edit in the following tabs:
Confirmation — the user marks an email as phishing and the plugin asks to confirm this action.
Check for phishing — the user receives a message from the plugin that the email marked as phishing has been sent to the security team for verification.
Trusted domains — the user receives a message from the plugin that the email marked as phishing came from a secure domain.
To change notifications:
In the Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform web interface in the Company settings section → Report phishing → Plugin notification settings, select the language you want to edit notifications in.
Select the tab with the type of notification you want to change:
Confirmation — the notification when a user marked an email as phishing.
Check for phishing — the notification that the email marked by the user has been sent to the security team for review.
Trusted domains — the notification that an email marked by the user was sent from a trusted domain.
Enter the new text in the lower part of the window.
The notification can contain between 1 and 500 characters. Click the Preview button to see what the notification will look like.
Use the Restore default text button to bring back the original notification text.
Notification text is saved automatically. Notifications can be edited for all languages, but each language must be set separately.
