About the topic window

In the topic window, you can view the content of the training unit if the unit was uploaded to the platform and validated.

To view the Special course topic:

1. In the program's web interface, in the Content section select the tab of the Special course you want to view the topic for.
2. Click the Language: <language> button, and in the new window select the language added to the topic. Confirm your selection by clicking the Save button.
3. Click the card of the topic you need.

The topic content window will open.

The upper part of the window has a widget with the following elements:

• Topic status:
  • Draft — the topic in the selected language hasn't been published yet and isn't available to users.
  • Published — The topic has been published in the selected language. Now you can add it to the user training program.
• Training unit status icon — displayed if the topic in the selected language doesn't have an uploaded unit that's passed the check:
  • - the unit file isn't uploaded.
  • - the unit file is uploaded and being checked.
  • - errors were found in the uploaded unit file.
• Publish — the button to publish the uploaded training unit in the selected language. Only units that have passed the check can be published. If the unit isn't uploaded or validated, the button isn't displayed.
• Settings — the button that opens the topic settings window.
• Language: <language> — the drop-down menu to select the language you want to view the topic and its statuses in. The drop-down menu shows all the languages that have been added to the topic.

To exit the topic window,

click the topic name in the upper left corner.
