When distributed in the European Union, Kaspersky Battery Life meets the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you accept the End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy, you confirm that you are of the required age to install Kaspersky Battery Life within the European Union. After Kaspersky Battery Life is installed, you will be offered to read and accept the terms and conditions required for initial setup and use of Kaspersky Battery Life.
There is also one additional statement you will be asked to accept: the Statement regarding data processing for marketing purposes. This Statement is required so that Kaspersky Lab could make more beneficial offers to you. It is entirely your choice to automatically send data on a regular basis to Kaspersky Lab under this Statement. You can at any time withdraw your consent by uninstalling the app.
According to the terms of the GDPR, you have the right to remove all your personal data from Kaspersky Lab. To remove all your personal data from Kaspersky Lab, contact Technical Support and provide your device and installation IDs.
