Declining terms and conditions of a KSN Statement

If you no longer want to use Kaspersky Security Network for a certain security application (Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows, Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Mac, or Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux), you can disable it, by declining the terms and conditions of the respective KSN Statement.

To decline the terms and conditions of a KSN Statement:

  1. Open Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud Management Console.
  2. Select the Settings section.

The General settings of Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud page is displayed.

  3. Click the Settings link in the Use of Kaspersky Security Network section.

The Kaspersky Security Network window is displayed.

  4. Click the name of the required KSN Statement with the Accepted status.

The Kaspersky Security Network Statement for <security application> window is displayed.

  5. Click the Decline button.
  6. In the confirmation window that opens, click the Decline button.

The Kaspersky Security Network Statement for <security application> window closes.

  7. Click the Save button.

The Kaspersky Security Network page closes. The use of KSN is disabled for the selected security application. Later, you can accept the terms and conditions of the KSN Statement again, thus enabling the use of KSN for the respective security application.
