Feeds update period

In the Feeds update period section on the Feeds tab, you can specify the update frequency. To do this, select a value in the Update frequency drop-down list. Or, you can click the Launch update now button to update feeds manually; this button is unavailable (dimmed) when the feeds update is performed manually. The date and time of the last feeds update is displayed.

You can select the Import certificate link to import a new certificate that allows you to update feeds. After you import a new certificate, Feed Service checks for and displays all the feeds that are available with it.

If any feeds have become available or unavailable with your certificate, a window opens listing all newly available and unavailable feeds. In the list of feeds:

• If a currently used feed becomes unavailable, the toggle button remains On but a warning appears next to the feed. The warning states that this feed is no longer supported by your certificate and will not be updated anymore. You have the option to continue to use the last available copy of the unsupported feed or to set the toggle button to Off to remove the feed from use.
• For all feeds that become available, the toggle button becomes enabled.

  By default, the toggle button next to all newly available feeds is set to Off. You have to manually set it to On for the feeds that you want to start using.

Note that you do not need a Kaspersky certificate to download and use OSINT feeds.
