The %service_dir%\bin\kl_control.bat
file is a script for managing Kaspersky CyberTrace Service.
Command-line options
The script supports the following command-line options:
start
—Starts Kaspersky CyberTrace Service and the watchdog Windows service.The script prints the information about whether this operation succeeded or failed.
Kaspersky CyberTrace Service begins to receive events only after it has loaded the feeds into memory and has sent the KL_ALERT_ServiceStarted event.
stop
—Stops Kaspersky CyberTrace Service and the watchdog Windows service. The script prints the information about whether this operation succeeded or failed.
restart
—Restarts the services of Kaspersky CyberTrace: stops them and starts them again.The script prints the information about whether this operation succeeded or failed.
status
—Prints the information about the status of the services of Kaspersky CyberTrace.reloaddb
—Instructs Kaspersky CyberTrace Service to reload the feeds it is using.help
—Prints the Help information: how to use the kl_control.bat script.You can use only one option at a time.
The script can also be launched without parameters. In this case, it prints the list of the available options and their descriptions.
