By default, if an error occurs when Kaspersky CyberTrace Service is sending a detection alert to a SIEM system, this alert is sent again after a period of time specified in the configuration file.
You can configure how many times Kaspersky CyberTrace Service attempts to send each detection alert and the interval between attempts by using the EventSendingRetriesCount and EventSendingRetriesTimеout elements of the configuration file.
