Filtering indicators by tags

When viewing indicators, you can filter the records by tags or by the total tag weight. To access this page, you need to switch to the Data management mode.

Filtering indicators by tags

To filter indicators by tag:

1. Click the (funnel) icon in the Tags column of the table.
2. In the dialog box that appears, select the check boxes next to the tags assigned to indicators that you want to see. You can select multiple tags.

The table shows records that you have selected.

Filtering indicators by total tag weight

Each tag has its own weight, from 0 to 5, depending on the tag importance. If several tags are assigned to an indicator, their weight is summed up.

To filter indicators by total tag weight:

1. Click the (funnel) icon in the Total tag weight column of the table.
2. In the dialog box that appears, specify the minimum and maximum values of the tag weight.
3. Click Apply.

The table shows records that you have selected.
