You can refresh the information about a license key only if it was added to Kaspersky CyberTrace by using an activation code.
To continue using Kaspersky CyberTrace after your license key expires, you must request a license key renewal from your Account Manager. After the license key is renewed, the information in Kaspersky CyberTrace is refreshed automatically within 24 hours of the renewal. If you do not want to wait, you can refresh the license key information manually, as described in this section.
