In the main window of the Web Console, select Devices → Managed devices.
Click the name of the device running Kaspersky IoT Secure Gateway 1000. If the device name is not on the list, add it to the Managed devices group.
In the device properties window that opens, select the Applications tab.
Press Kaspersky IoT Secure Gateway.
This opens a window containing information about Kaspersky IoT Secure Gateway 1000.
Select the Application settings tab.
Select Settings of apps → Routing.
A table displaying the previously created routes for each app will be displayed.
Select the check box next to the route that you want to edit.
Click the Edit button in the upper part of the table and do the following in the pane that opens on the right:
In the Source app drop-down list, select the app from which the data will be sent. The drop-down list displays only running apps.
In the Source connection point drop-down list, select the connection point. The data type, data format, and data transfer protocol are determined by the developer in the app manifest.
If you specified the connection point name manually in the source app configuration, check that the name contains permitted characters only. The connection point name can include uppercase and lowercase English letters, numbers, and the special characters _ . - [ ] (underscore, period, hyphen, and square brackets) only.
If the connection point name in a route contains forbidden characters, the route will become inactive (its status will change to Error). Information about this will be added to the event log.
In the Destination app drop-down list, select the app that will receive the data. The drop-down list displays only running apps.
In the Destination connection point drop-down list, select the connection point. The data type, data format, and data transfer protocol are determined by the developer in the app manifest.
If you specified the connection point name manually in the destination app configuration, check that the name contains permitted characters only. The connection point name can include uppercase and lowercase English letters, numbers, and the special characters _ . - [ ] (underscore, period, hyphen, and square brackets) only.
If the connection point name in a route contains forbidden characters, the route will become inactive (its status will change to Error). Information about this will be added to the event log.
Click Save in the lower part of the pane.
The route for the app will be changed and the new data will be displayed in the table.
Click the Save button in the lower part of the page.
After you delete an application or change its configuration, the routes created for this application will stop working, and the other routes will become inactive—the applications' status will change to Error. Also, the created application routes become inactive after the device is restarted. Reactivate them manually.
To activate the application routes:
In the main window of the Web Console, select Devices → Managed devices.

Select Settings of apps → Routing.
A table displaying the previously created routes for each app will be displayed. If the Save button at the bottom of the page is active, one or more routes may be inactive.
If the table contains routes with the Error status, it is recommended to reconfigure these routes. This status means that the applications that are included in these routes were removed or their configuration was changed.
Click Save to activate inactive routes and save the changes.
