Send reports to administrator

In the User (with email reports) application mode, you can send reports to your administrator about the protection status of your computer and the objects detected on your computer. You can send reports manually or have them sent automatically. By default, Kaspersky Anti-Ransomware Tool for Business sends reports every Monday at 12:00.

A report contains the following information:

• User's name
• User's position
• User's computer name
• IP address of the user's computer
• Name of the user's operating system
• Detected objects

In the User and Administrator application modes, delivery of reports is unavailable.

To schedule delivery of reports:

1. Open the main application window.
2. In the application menu, select Settings.

   The Settings window opens.

3. Switch to the Mode section.
4. In the Report schedule section, select how often reports should be sent:
   • Every month. You can specify the day of the month and the time to send the report.

     Please keep in mind that the number of days differs from month to month. For example, if you select the 30th day of the month, delivery of reports in February will be unavailable.

   • Every week. You can specify the day of the week and the time to send the report.
   • Every day. You can specify the time to send the report.
   • Manually. Automatic reports are disabled.
5. Click Save to save changes.

   The application will send reports according to the schedule you have set up.

To send a report manually:

1. Open the main application window.
2. Make sure that Settings > Mode> Report schedule is set to Manually.
3. In the application menu, select Send report to administrator.

   The report is sent to the administrator.
