Get technical support

If you are having an issue with Kaspersky Anti-Ransomware Tool for Business, you can choose from different support options that are provided by Kaspersky Lab:

• Premium support
• Forum
• Knowledge Base
• Online Help

To open the list of support options:

1. Open the main application window.
2. In the application menu, select Get support.

   This opens a window showing the support options.
