Removing a record from the white list

To remove one or multiple records from the white list:

  1. In the main window of the program web interface, select the Program settings section, White lists subsection.
  2. Go to the White list tab.
  3. Select the check box to the left of each record that you want to remove from the white list.

    If you want to delete all records, select the check box above the list.

  4. In the lower part of the window, click Delete.

    The action confirmation window is displayed.

  5. Click Yes.

The selected records will be removed from the white list.
