Distributed mode and multitenancy transition scenario

Switching the program to distributed solution mode and multitenancy mode involves the following steps:

1. Installing the Central Node components.
2. Assigning the PCN role to one of the servers.
3. Assigning the SCN role to the rest of the servers and sending requests to connect to the PCN.
4. Processing a SCN to PCN connection request.
