Log in to the application web interface with the administrator account.
Select the Settings section, KSN/KPSN and MDR subsection.
Under MDR integration, click Log out.
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
MDR integration is disabled, and the MDR configuration files for access to KSN are deleted. Statistics is still sent to KSN servers, but this information is not used by MDR.
To disable MDR integration configured using the deprecated method:
Log in to the application web interface with the administrator account.
Select the Settings section, KSN/KPSN and MDR subsection.
Under MDR integration, click Delete file.
In the confirmation window, click Yes.
The configuration file is deleted and the MDR integration is disabled. Statistics is still sent to KSN servers, but this information is not used by MDR.
