Enabling and disabling the monitoring of access to services

Before enabling the monitoring of access to a service, you need to make sure that its URL is not included in the list of exclusions from scanning. If an exclusion rule is enabled for a URL, Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform does not generate alerts when detecting employees' access to the service, even if monitoring is enabled for it.

To enable or disable the monitoring of access to services:

  1. In the window of the application web interface, select the Settings section, Services subsection.
  2. If cloud service discovery is disabled, set the Detect services toggle switch to Enabled.

A table of all cloud services available in the application database is displayed.

  3. Select the check box to the left of the Monitoring column in the row with the name of the service.

You can select one service, multiple services, or all services. To select all rules, select the check box in the header row.

A control panel appears in the lower part of the window.

  4. Do one of the following:
    • If you want to enable the monitoring of access to services, click the Enable button.
    • If you want to disable the monitoring of access to services, click the Disable button.

Monitoring of access to services is enabled or disabled.
