Enabling or disabling automatic traffic analysis

If automatic analysis of traffic is enabled, Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform fetches and PCAP files automatically and replays them as they arrive. You need to make sure that PCAP files arrive in Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform in the order they were recorded and with network segments taken into account, otherwise the analysis results may be distorted.

When automatic analysis of traffic is enabled, you cannot upload PCAP files to Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform or start traffic replay manually.

To enable or disable the automatic analysis of traffic:

1. Select the Retrospective traffic analysis section in the application web interface.

   This opens the table of PCAP files.

2. Click Automatic mode settings.
3. This opens a window; in that window:
   • Set the Automatic mode toggle switch to Enabled if you want to enable automatic analysis of traffic.
   • Set the Automatic mode toggle switch to Disabled if you want to disable automatic analysis of traffic.
4. Click Save.

Automatic analysis of traffic is enabled or disabled.
