To configure integration with OSMP:
In the window of the application web interface, select the Settings section, Users subsection.
The integration is disabled by default.
The Certificate fingerprint field displays the TLS certificate fingerprint of the OSMP server. Make sure the certificate fingerprint matches the certificate fingerprint on the OSMP side.

Integration with OSMP is configured.
Integration settings are applied 1–2 minutes after saving. We recommend waiting until the last change is applied before making more changes.
If the application cannot establish a connection to OSMP, the OSMP server connection problem. Contact your administrator to check connection settings and try again error is displayed. In this case, we recommend checking the integration settings.
In distributed solution and multitenancy mode, OSMP integration settings configured on the PCN server are not applied to SCN servers connected to that PCN server. If you want to set up OSMP integration on individual SCN servers, you must complete the steps above on each of the selected SCN servers.
