Integration with NGFW solutions

You can configure integration with the CheckPoint NGFW and UserGate NGFW solutions. Integration with these solutions allows you to isolate network devices while an incident is being investigated.

Integration with an NGFW solution involves the following steps:

  1. Adding a secret with credentials for the connection to the NGFW solution.
  2. Adding a connector for integration with that solution
  3. Enabling the connector if it was previously disabled.

In distributed solution and multitenancy mode, NGFW integration connector settings configured on the PCN server are not applied to SCN servers connected to that PCN server. You can manage connector settings on each selected SCN server separately. Connector settings specified on SCN servers are not displayed in the web interface of the PCN server.

This functionality is available if a current KATA+NDR license key is present. After the license key expires, all NGFW integration connectors are disabled. Information about connectors is saved in the system.

Users with the Security auditor role can view the table of NGFW integration connectors and the connector settings, but cannot edit the settings.
