Enabling and disabling Network isolation of a device

To isolate a device from the network or disable Network isolation of a device from the alert details window:

  1. Open the alert details window.
  2. In the Computer section, click one of the following buttons:
    • Isolate the computer from the network – to enable Network isolation of the device.
    • Unlock a computer isolated from the network – to disable Network isolation of the device.

      The Unlock a computer isolated from the network button is available if an alert is received from Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Windows 11.7 or later, Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux 12.1 or later, or Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Mac 12.1 or later.
