About Quick Start Wizard

The Quick Start Wizard in Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console allows you to create a minimum of necessary tasks and policies, adjust a minimum of settings, and start creating installation packages of Kaspersky applications.

Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console automatically prompts you to run the Quick Start Wizard after you have created a company workspace and have started Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console for the first time. You can also start the Quick Start Wizard manually at any time.

To start the Quick Start Wizard manually:

1. In the main Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console window, click the Settings icon next to the name of the Administration Server.

   The Administration Server properties window opens.

2. On the General tab, select the General section.
3. Click Start Quick Start Wizard.

As an option, you can start Quick Start Wizard selecting DISCOVERY & DEPLOYMENT→DEPLOYMENT & ASSIGNMENT→QUICK START WIZARD.

If you start the Quick Start Wizard again, tasks and policies created at the previous run of the Wizard are not created again.

In addition to Administration Server settings configuration and creating packages, the Quick Start Wizard creates a policy and basic on-demand tasks for all installed plug-ins:

• Policy for Kaspersky Endpoint Security 11 for Linux
• Virus scan task
• System Integrity Monitoring task (only for Kaspersky Security Center Web Console)
• Update task
• System memory scan task
• Boot sector scan task
