Starting, pausing, resuming, and stopping tasks manually

You can pause and resume only Real-Time Computer Protection and On-Demand Scan tasks. No other tasks can be paused or resumed manually.

To start, pause, resume or stop a task:

1. In the Application Console, open the context menu of the task.
2. Select one of the following: Start, Pause, Resume or Stop.

The operation is performed and recorded in the system audit log.

When you resume an On-Demand Scan task, Kaspersky Embedded Systems Security resumes scanning from the object on which the scan was paused.
