When update packages are received, Administration Server verifies database updates before sending the updates to protected devices on the network. Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server does not verify application module updates.
Make sure that the required check boxes are selected in the Interaction with the Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server settings when you use the components that transmit dynamic data to Kaspersky Security Center using network lists (Quarantine, Backup).
Network Agent 10.5 does not send information about installed components to the Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server. For this reason, in Kaspersky Security Center Administration Console and Kaspersky Security Center Web Console, the settings of a device with Network Agent 10.5 do not display installed Kaspersky Embedded Systems Security components and their settings.
If Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent 10.5 is installed on the device, you cannot use Kaspersky Security Center Web Console to download files in Backup.
If Kaspersky Embedded Systems Security is installed with enabled low resource consumption mode for Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent (default, SKIP_KLNAG_FLAG_TEST_VM_PERF=0) and then the Network Agent is installed, Kaspersky Embedded Systems Security does not create an exclusion for the Network Agent in Windows Firewall, therefore Windows Firewall blocks the Network Agent.
If Kaspersky Embedded Systems Security is installed with enabled low resource consumption mode for Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent (default, SKIP_KLNAG_FLAG_TEST_VM_PERF=0), modifications of network lists are reflected in the Kaspersky Security Center Administration Console with a delay of approximately ten minutes.
