EDR Agent 与 Dallas Lock 8.0-C 版本 11.4.2.843 或更高版本兼容。
为了使 EDR 代理在安装了 Dallas Lock 软件的计算机上运行，您必须在防火墙模块的设置中允许连接到卡巴斯基外部服务。
EDR Agent 与 Secret Net Studio 版本 8.11 或更高版本兼容。
应用程序无法安装在部署了带有反病毒组件的 Secret Net Studio 的计算机上。要实现互操作性，您必须从 Secret Net Studio 中删除反病毒组件。
EDR Agent 与 Trend Micro Apex One 版本 14.0.12994 或更高版本兼容（包括 Security Agent）。
EDR Agent 与 Trend Micro Deep Security 版本 20.0.2-4960 或更高版本兼容（包括 Security Agent）。
EDR Agent 与 Sophos Intercept X 版本 2024.1.2 或更高版本（包括 Endpoint Agent）以及 Sophos Core Agent 版本 2024.3.2.3 兼容。

必须按以下顺序安装应用程序：首先安装 EPP 应用程序，然后安装 Kaspersky Security Center 网络代理，最后安装 EDR Agent。这是必要的，因为 EPP 应用程序的安装程序可能会将 EDR Agent 和网络代理检测为不兼容的软件并将其删除。更新第三方 EPP 应用程序后，还应检查 EDR Agent 和网络代理的运行情况，因为其安装程序可能会重新扫描计算机中是否有不兼容的软件并删除这些应用程序。
如果由于安装程序在计算机上发现不兼容的软件而无法在具有第三方 EPP 应用程序的计算机上安装 EDR Agent，您可以跳过不兼容软件检查。
