About the Kaspersky Protection extension

Using the Kaspersky Protection extension, Kaspersky Fraud Prevention for Endpoints embeds a script into pages of protected websites and partner websites of licensed banks. The application uses this script to interact with web pages. Licensed banks specify the lists of protected and partner websites.

The Kaspersky Protection extension is installed in browsers during installation of Kaspersky Fraud Prevention for Endpoints.

After installing Kaspersky Fraud Prevention for Endpoints, you have to enable the Kaspersky Protection extension:

• To enable the extension in Mozilla Firefox, you have to allow installation of the extension in the browser window.
• In Google Chrome, you have to allow the Kaspersky Protection extension to be enabled. If you refuse to enable the extension, you will later need to install and enable the Kaspersky Protection extension manually. Instructions on installing and activating the Kaspersky Protection extension in the Google Chrome browser are available on the relevant page of the Technical Support website.

In the Microsoft Internet Explorer, the Kaspersky Protection extension is enabled automatically.
