To perform the initial configuration of the application in interactive mode, you need to run the Initial Configuration Wizard of Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Linux Nodes.
You must run the Initial Configuration Wizard as root.
To run the Initial Configuration Wizard, execute the following command:
# /opt/kaspersky/kics/bin/kics-setup.pl
The wizard requests the values of Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Linux Nodes settings step-by-step. The wizard finishing and the console being released indicate that the post-installation configuration is completed.
To check the return code, execute the following command:
echo $?
If the command returns code 0, the initial configuration of the application has finished successfully.
Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Linux Nodes provides device protection only after the application databases are updated.
