Managing the Performance Analysis task in the Web Console

You can create and run the Performance Analysis task, as well as edit its settings in the Web Console:

You can change the settings of the Performance Analysis task in the task properties on the Application settings tab → Performance Analysis settings.

Performance Analysis settings

Setting	Description
Task run time (min.)	Duration of task execution in minutes. The range of possible values is from 1 to 9999 minutes. The default value is 60 minutes.
Maximum number of recommendations in report	Maximum number of recommendations in the performance analysis report. The range of possible values is from 10 to 50. The default value is 10.
Task scope	Directories where performance analysis is performed: Do not limit the task scope. Performance is analyzed in all directories. Selected by default. Limit the task scope. Performance is analyzed in the directories added to the list below.
Add	Clicking the button opens the Directory window, where you can specify the path to a new directory using a forward slash (/) or change the path to an already added directory. To specify the path to a directory, you can use wildcards. You can use the `` (asterisk) character to form a directory name mask. You can specify a single `` symbol to represent any set of characters (including the empty set) before a `/` symbol in a directory name. For example, `/dir//file` or `/dir///file`. You can specify two consecutive `` symbols to represent any set of characters (including the empty set) in a directory name that includes a `/` symbol. For example, `/dir/*/file/` or `/dir/file/`. The `` mask can be used only once in a directory name. For example, `/dir///file` is an invalid mask. You can use the `?` symbol to represent any single character in a directory name.
Remove	The button is available if one or more directories are selected. Clicking the button deletes the directories selected in the list.
