Adding exclusions

To configure a protection scope for the Anti-Cryptor task:

1. In the Application Console tree, expand the Real-Time Computer Protection node.
2. Select the Anti-Cryptor child node.
3. Click the Properties link in the details pane of the Anti-Cryptor node.

   The Task settings window opens.

4. On the Exclusions tab, select the Apply exclusion list check box.
   

   If the check box is selected, Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Nodes does not detect malicious encryption activity that occurs in the specified areas when the Anti-Cryptor task is run.

   If the check box is cleared, Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Nodes detects encryption activity in all shared folders.

   By default, the check box is selected and the exclusion list includes following items added by Kaspersky experts:

   • *.stt;
   • *.sig;
   • *.exe;
   • *.sldprt.
5. Specify a folder name or a mask.
6. Click the Add button.
7. If required, repeat steps 5 and 6 to add more exclusions.
8. Click OK in the Task settings window.

The protection scope exclusions will be added and applied.
