Starting and stopping Kaspersky Security Gateway using standard Microsoft Windows tools

Kaspersky Security Gateway starts automatically when the operating system start. You can start or stop Kaspersky Security Gateway manually using standard Microsoft Windows tools.

To start or stop Kaspersky Security Gateway:

  1. Open the Services MMC snap-in (services.msc).
  2. In the list of services, select the Kaspersky Security Gateway service that you need:
    • Kaspersky Security Gateway
    • Kaspersky Security Gateway IEC 60870-5-104
    • Kaspersky Security Gateway OPC
  3. Right-click to bring up the selected service’s context menu and do one of the following:
    • Select Start to start the service.
    • Select Stop to stop the service.
