Exporting Portable Scanner results from a Rutoken removable drive

If the Portable Scanner is written to a Rutoken removable drive, the Portable Scanner results displayed in the Kavscan\Results folder are written to a hidden Rutoken drive partition. Therefore, you cannot directly view, copy, or transfer the Portable Scanner results to another medium.

To export Portable Scanner results from a Rutoken removable drive:

1. Connect the Rutoken removable drive to the device you want to export the Portable Scanner results to.
2. Start a command-line interpreter on the device.
3. Using the cd command, navigate to the folder where the kavscan.exe file is located.

   For example, you can type the following command cd "[drive]:\Kavscan" and press Enter.

4. Run kavscan export /folder=<full path to folder> [/clean].

   Where:

   /folder=<full path to folder> specifies the full path to the folder you want to copy the Portable Scanner results to. This can be a folder on the device, a removable drive connected to the device, or a network share.

   /clean indicates that the Portable Scanner results must be deleted from the Rutoken removable drive. The application will not delete the Portable Scanner results from the Rutoken removable drive if it cannot access the export folder or if the files have not been copied to that folder.

5. When prompted, enter the administrator password you set up when you created the Portable Scanner.

The Portable Scanner results displayed in Kavscan\Results will be copied to the folder at the specified path, and the folder structure will be saved. Adding the /clean parameter deletes the Portable Scanner results from the Rutoken removable drive.
