About the subscription for Kaspersky Internet Security

A subscription for Kaspersky Internet Security is a purchase order for the app with the selected settings. You can order a subscription for Kaspersky Internet Security from your service provider (such as your ISP). You can pause or resume your subscription, renew it automatically, or cancel it. You can manage your subscription through your personal account page on your service provider's website.

Subscriptions are renewed automatically as long as timely prepayment has been made to your service provider. When something goes wrong and your subscription is not renewed on time, you receive a grace period to resolve the issue and renew your subscription. All app functionality remains available during this period.

If you do not renew the subscription within the grace period, the limitations of the free version of Kaspersky Internet Security are applied.

To use Kaspersky Internet Security under a subscription, sign in to My Kaspersky and apply the activation code received from your service provider. In some cases, an activation code can be downloaded and applied automatically. When using the app under a subscription, you cannot apply another activation code to renew your license. This becomes possible when your subscription expires or you cancel your subscription.

If Kaspersky Internet Security was already activated by an activation code when you subscribed, then, after you subscribe, Kaspersky Internet Security will be used under your new subscription. Before this subscription expires, the activation code previously used to activate the app can be only applied in a different My Kaspersky account.

To cancel your subscription, contact the service provider from whom you purchased Kaspersky Internet Security.

Depending on the subscription provider, the set of available subscription management options may vary. In addition, you may not be provided with a grace period to renew your subscription.

Buying a license or ordering a subscription for Kaspersky Internet Security for Android does not cancel your other subscriptions that include Kaspersky Internet Security for Android.
