Every time the app starts, Kaspersky Internet Security checks whether there is a license available for the premium version of Kaspersky Internet Security. When the license expires, the app automatically switches to the free version.
If you are using the premium version of the app, you can view the license information and check the number of days left before your license expires.
When your license has less than 14 days left before it expires, you can renew it.
We recommend that you sign in to My Kaspersky before purchasing or renewing your license. If you are signed in to your My Kaspersky account, the app can check if there is a purchased license that you can use to activate the premium version.
If you have a Huawei device without Google Play services, this option is unavailable for you. You can activate the premium version either by signing in to your My Kaspersky or by using an activation code.
Open Kaspersky Internet Security.
Tap .
At the top of the menu, tap the icon with the license or subscription info.
Tap Activate premium version.
If a license that can be used to activate the app has been found for your My Kaspersky account, Kaspersky Internet Security prompts you to use it for activation. When you select the detected license, the app automatically activates the premium version.
If you do not want to use the detected license, and instead prefer to purchase a license from Google Play, tap More ways to activate.
At the top of the menu, tap the icon with the license or subscription info.
Tap Activate premium version.
Select I have a License.
Enter the activation code that you previously received when buying a new license.
The activation code is applied and your license is renewed.
On a Huawei device without Google Play services, you can renew the license either by signing in to your My Kaspersky account or by using an activation code.
