Updating databases

You can update the databases on the My Kaspersky portal.

To start update through the My Kaspersky:

  1. Open the portal on any device.
  2. Sign in to the portal with My Kaspersky account that you used during initial configuration of the app.
  3. Go to the Devices section.

    Open the panel of the mobile device that you want to manage remotely.

  4. On the Protection Status tab, in the Anti-Virus section click the Update button.

Database update will be started on the device.
