How to upgrade or add extra devices to your subscription
You may have the option to switch to a subscription with more features or to add extra devices to your current subscription without waiting for it to expire.
The fee for a subscription update will be calculated based on the remaining days of your current subscription.
How to upgrade your subscription
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- In the subscription panel, click the Upgrade subscription button.
- Under the Select a subscription to upgrade section, select the subscription you want and the number of protected devices.
- Click the Pay now button.
Your payment will be processed immediately.
How to add extra devices to your subscription
- Go to the Subscriptions tab.
- In the subscription panel, click the Add extra devices button.
- Under the Add extra devices to your subscription section, select the number of devices in your updated subscription.
- Click the Pay now button.
Your payment will be processed immediately.
When your payment is processed, funds will be debited from your stored payment method. The subscription terms will be automatically updated in the apps within 24 hours. You won't be able to switch back to the previous subscription.
If your payment fails, change your payment method or select a new update option to try again.
The updated subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of its term. The renewal price may change. You can cancel auto-renewal of your subscription at any time in your My Kaspersky account, and your subscription will remain active until the end of its term.
